Charges Dropped in Felony in Possession of Firearm Case

After Attorney Dimmer met with prosecutors, P.A.'s felon in possession of a firearm charge was dismissed in advance of his speedy trial demand (set for July of 2019). Reports indicated that if any firearms were used (at all), then they were utilized in self-defense. This outcome highlights the frequent need to sit down and closely review reports with the prosecutors, as well as pushing for a speedy trial where necessary. Great work, Attorney Dimmer!
