Great representation means being creative. Being thoughtful. Being there

The Wisconsin Government has graciously permitted law offices to continue providing services to clients during the Covid-19 pandemic. Our clients have questions, needs, and concerns that will not wait until our community returns to days of regularly conducted business. Here's how our attorneys at Richards & Dimmer have responded to continue providing great representation during this pandemic.

1. Zoom court hearings. While many court hearings have been rescheduled into June or July, we have continued to handle time-sensitive hearings by video conference. We work with our clients to setup and appear by Zoom video conference, so they can remain in the safety of their homes. We also use Zoom to conduct client meetings.

2. LawPay. We have setup LawPay as a primary means of accepting payments from clients. This State Bar of Wisconsin endorsed program is safe, secure, and easy. We can email a client an invoice or statement. They can pay with check or credit card from the safety of their homes.

3. Clean office space. We will keep our physical business place clean and sanitized. Our attorneys will wear a mask or gloves a a client's request to keep healthy and comfortable. We are minimizing our in-person office appointments for the safety of the staff and prospective clients.

4. Staying informed. The local and statewide court rules and schedule has changed from week to week. New procedures and expectations have changed the way attorneys practice law. We are members of the Kenosha and Racine County Bar Associations. These organizations keep members well-informed of changes to local procedures. We do the same to the benefit of our clients. This is part of being great criminal defense attorneys.
